CAREER TRANSITION PROGRAM FOR MEDIA PROFESSIONALS
Mercury Group has developed a Career Transition Program (CTP) to help media professionals create focus and momentum during the career transition process. Whether focusing on staying in media or considering a new industry path, the program will uncover individual’s core competencies, help communicate skills clearly, manage actions efficiently, and create a clear direction for next steps.
Utilizing Tonia’s national record setting media sales background, extensive training in executive coaching and real life experience in today’s market; she will be there with you in the process. Tonia will keep you on track, help build your courage and confidence, and will provide genuine support as you move toward your next level of professional growth. Tonia also sets high expectations for winning results, which is applied to your action plan strategy, and she will be focused on helping you find your ideal job.
The Career Transition Program (CTP) is a 6-week program designed specifically for media professionals and includes five one on one coaching sessions, ongoing coaching via email/phone throughout the duration of the program, industry specific marketing materials and an in-depth career exploratory model of exercises.
Participants will generate tangible materials to bring to market, and as an added value you will meet with one of Mercury Group’s partner recruiters, who hold over 60 years of combined media experience, to assess marketability, gain contact leads and get industry specific insights and direction toward next steps.
Upon completion of the program, participants will be integrated into Mercury Group’s media network of candidates to be considered for industry opportunities.
