Mercury Group’s Career Transition Program (CTP) focuses on helping media professionals make successful career shifts during times of change. By offering industry specific one on one coaching to uncover core competencies, help communicate skills clearly, and manage actions, the CTP provides candidates with a clear direction and the confidence to move forward. Upon completion of the CTP, candidates will know how their present skills can be transferred to their new path, and they will be supported every step in the process.
